Curiosity. That’s what seems to be getting the better of him, but it isn’t bothering him as much as it should. Honestly, he didn’t truly care. He was curious and he was going to feed into his curiosity.
That dark haired male, the calm spirited one, why didn’t he ever scream? Why didn’t he show any signs of pain? How does he connect with the crows? It was all very confusing for Hoffman, he’s seen pain. A lot of it. But why is this one survivor out of the many out there so different than the others. He seemed very careful and calm despite being hunted by murders. That combined with everything else made it very annoying to most killers.
But Hoffman found himself overwhelmed with curiosity rather than annoyance. Besides, it was different to see someone so quiet compared to over half of the survivors that were so loud to the point it was hard not to hear them.
But besides all of that. Hoffman was casually walking, searching for the crow caring man, glancing around the woods he was walking in. He had a feeling he was nearby but he could of been wrong, but it was worth a try. Likely going to pay off as well.
