Yun-Jin was bored.
It wasn’t an uncommon plight, mind you. Besides the seemingly endless trials where each survivor was forced to fight against horrific killers for a chance at the littlest moment of peace, there really wasn’t a whole lot to do.
Some of the more veteran survivors had impressed the Entity in their time there, and as a reward had been given small trinkets of their past to entertain them. Whether it was truly meant as a prize or a taunt was beyond her, but most weren’t keen on looking a gift horse in the mouth. They would take what they could get in this hell hole.
Unfortunately for Yun-Jin, she wasn’t one of the lucky ones to have impressed the Entity in that way. Sure she had found a few random pieces of clothing here and there after a trial, vibrant colored blouses and skirts reminding her of the life she had lost to this.
There was only so much that clothing would bring you, however, as much as she did enjoy an outfit change.
She couldn’t help but find herself a bit envious of the others sometimes, as much as she loathed admitting it. She just wanted something to keep her occupied, something that would keep her from thinking about the horrors that awaited them or the memories from before. Anything would do, really. A magazine, a book…
An instrument.
As if the Entity would gift her something so precious. She would sooner find herself with another bloodstained outfit than a violin or flute.
Yun-Jin tsks softly as she smooths out the faded black pleather covering her upper thighs, eyes shifting to look out over the fire, its presence as comforting as it was unnerving.
She would just need to find something else to occupy her time.

She shakes her head at the last idea, lips pursing as she picks at her nails by the fire.
